Having a new puppy is an emotional journey which Emma made so easy from the start. All puppies were given a loving and caring home from day one with Emma and her family. We received regular updates on the puppies weeks leading up to leaving, also allowing us to ask any questions and see how Emma would get them into routines and play times.
When we picked up our Bambi we were given a handy guide to our puppies introduction, needs, training, and other useful information any new owner needs. Since then Emma has always been at the end of the phone with great advice, help and tips.
We couldn’t be any more happier with our little Bambi! She has always been such a big loving character in our house. She is easy to train, calm and confident. She was a very easy puppy from day one, from Slepping through the nights, easy to crate train, toilet training and learning her commands. And best of all never been destructive in the house!
We have and will continue to recommend Emma and her puppies.
